HARVEST: manual in box with selection in the vineyard
VINIFICATION: in red, with soft destemming-crushing of the grapes, maceration and fermentation of the grapes 12-14 days, with daily pumping over and delestages.
MATURATION: in wood for 12 months of which 1/3 in barriques, 1/3 in tonneaux and 1/3 in large Slavonian oak casks.
Refinement: in glass
ORGANOLEPTIC EXAMINATION: intense ruby red colour, intense notes of spices and berries.
