Description
With its typical brilliant pale yellow colour and greenish reflections, it is produced with Garganega and Chardonnay grape. Smell distinguishes pineapple and peach scents while taste meets grapefruit and cedar with mineral touches and a velvety harmonic and full-bodied bouquet.
Before the beginning of a low temperature fermentation a maceration of some days is carried out and it helps the growth of smell.
Pairings: very good as appetizer, it matches any course with raw or cooked fish. It perfectly joins both delicate tastes like carpacci, sushi, crustaceans and more intense flavours like grilled food.
Recommended service: at a temperature of 8°-10°C
