Description
Txakoli produced with grapes from selected plots and from the blend of Hondarrabi Zuri (80%) and Riesling (20%), aged on their own lees for 8-10 months, in stainless steel tanks, and one year in bottle. It is produced after a manual harvest and fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, respecting the uniqueness of the growing plot of our local variety. One of its most unique characteristics is its minerality and saline touches, coming from the Terroir in which they develop, ancient marine ground with alternations of limestone and sandy loams.
