Tenute d’Italia is located in Linaro, a small village near Imola nestled in the beautiful valley of the Santerno river. With its vineyards, wisely located at different altitudes, and a production plant strongly oriented to the cutting edge of technology in terms of winemaking and aging, Tenute d'Italia today represents one of the most dynamic productive realities of a territory strongly - and historically - suited to high quality wine production. The constant dialogue between tradition and innovation is what most characterizes the Tenute d'Italia project, strongly oriented towards the future and the international panorama but at the same time firmly linked to the history and traditions of its territory. The production of the winery combines indigenous species - Pignoletto, Albana, Sangiovese, Barbera and Trebbiano - with all those international grapes that have found in the Santerno Valley a special, and now traditional place of choice such as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. Real cornerstones of the classic wine production of these lands, all these grapes now become the spokesman of the Romagna culture in the world, thus marrying more international canons of taste but never losing their intimate, vibrant genuineness. Since 2017 Tenute d’Italia has obtained certification for the production and processing of organic wines. ---------------------------------- Tenute d’Italia nasce a Linaro, piccola frazione del comune di Imola incastonata nella splendida Valle del fiume Santerno. Con i suoi vigneti, sapientemente dislocati a diversa altitudine, e uno stabilimento produttivo fortemente orientato all’avanguardia tecnologica in materia di vinificazione e affinamento, Tenute d’Italia rappresenta oggi una delle realtà produttive più dinamiche di un territorio fortemente - nonché storicamente - vocato alla produzione vitivinicola di alta qualità. Il dialogo costante fra tradizione e innovazione è ciò che più caratterizza il progetto Tenute d’Italia, fortemente orientato al futuro e al panorama internazionale ma al contempo saldamente legata alla Storia e alle tradizioni del proprio territorio. La produzione della cantina unisce specie autoctone - Pignoletto, Albana, Sangiovese, Barbera e Trebbiano - a tutte quelle uve internazionali che hanno trovato nella Valle del Santerno uno speciale, e ormai tradizionale luogo d’elezione come il Merlot il Cabernet Sauvignon e il Syrah. Veri e propri capisaldi della produzione vitivinicola classica di queste terre, tutte queste uve diventano ora portavoce della cultura romagnola nel mondo, sposando sì canoni di gusto più internazionali ma mai perdendo la propria intima, vibrante genuinità. Dal 2017 Tenute d’Italia ha ottenuto la certificazione per la produzione e la lavorazione di vini biologici.
