Description

Elegant and delicate wine, produced with Muller-Thurgau and Chardonnay grapes, harvested by hand partly at the beginning and partly at the end of the harvest, in order to reach an optimal compromise between body and aroma.
This wine is characterized by a fresh and dry, elegantly delicate taste, with hints ranging from white flowers to candied citrus fruits and jasmine.

Pairings: perfect as appetizer, it matches with raw fish with light sauces, cold herbs based courses and summer vegetables. 
Recommended service: at a temperature of 8°-10° C 
Aging potential: 3 years
