Description

The first intention is to create a wine that aims to be the real expression of his terroir.
To reach really this concept we have had to limit human interferences and leave nature alone.
«Gadòi»: in the local language (dialect) is used to call iris flowers;
Our vineyards' borders are full of them, very similar to vines for numerous reasons: they adapt to difficult conditions, growing in poor and dry soil, they do not suffer summer heat and lack of water.

Colour: pale yellow with light green reflections 
Aroma: peach and pineapple scents meet citrus notes and elder’ flowers 
Taste: velvety elegant, harmonious acidity, delicate and persistent at the palate 
Pairings: It matches any course with raw or cooked fish. It perfectly joins both delicate tastes like carpacci, sushi, crustaceans and more intense flavours like grilled food. 
Recommended service: to be consumed within five hour from opening, serve at 8°-10° C
