Description

The first intention is to create a wine that aims to be the real expression of his terroir.
To reach really this concept we have had to limit human interferences and leave nature alone.
«Gadòi»: in the local language (dialect) is used to call iris flowers;
Our vineyards' borders are full of them, very similar to vines for numerous reasons: they adapt to difficult conditions, growing in poor and dry soil, they do not suffer summer heat and lack of water.

Colour: young limpid ruby red 
Aroma: fresh red fruits, raspberry fragrant cherry melted with wild violet notes
Taste: velvety elegant, harmonious and lively tannin, delicate and persistent at the palate 
Pairings: It perfectly matches all the courses of Mediterranean cuisine, in general pasta, crespelle, lasagne and more over; suggested also with white meats. 
Recommended service: to be consumed within five hours from opening, serve at 12°-14° C
