WINEMAKING:
This wine has been fermented under a contolled temperature of 15ºC., with a careful maceration process in which we control colour, flavours and texture. To produce this wine, we have selected our best vineyards, the ones located in higher terroirs. As a result, they have a much slower maceration, which provides us with surprising tastes and wonderful colours. Furthermore, we do not use any enological products from animal origin.
TASTING NOTE
High and deep intensity in black purple. On the nose we find aromas of balsamic, eucalyptus and liquorice, along with fruits such as plums and berries.
It is dry on the palate, and an agreeable acidity and balance between body and tannins is felt. Again, we feel the same aromas felt on the
