24 months in American oak barrels and 36 months in bottle.
WINEMAKING
This wine has been fermented at a controlled temperature of 15ºC., with a careful maceration process in which we control colour, flavours and texture. To produce this wine, we have selected our best vineyards, the ones located in higher terroirs. As a result, they have a much slower maceration, which provides us with surprising tastes and wonderful colours. Furthermore, we do not use any enological products from animal origin.
TASTING NOTE
It has an intense picota cherry color that can also be slightly terracota.
To the senses it has a great intensity and high complexity. At first we find ripe black fruits such as plums and blackberries. Afterwards we perceive aromas from the wood like vanilla and honey, all perfectly combined with a fresh sensation due
