Each variety has been fermented separately at a controlled temperature of 15°C so we can get the best of each type.
Each grape variety has been chosen for their great ability to interact with each other and thus create a great quality wine

TASTING NOTE
Soft and shiny yellow.
In the bouquet we find several aromas of flowers and rose petals, ending with notes of exotic fruits such as maracuja, mango, peach and pear.
It is very agreeable on the palate, aromatic and soft with a sweet aftertaste, where we encounter all of the aromas we found in the bouquet.
