Description
Arale is the white wine produced by the Count Spalletti Trivelli in Pomario, Umbria. It is a young and refined wine, produced in a vineyard made up of ancient varieties of Malvasia and Trebbiano recovered from the old vineyard and cloned to realize the new one, where the old and new cloned grapes co-exist.
The grape production for Arale, after a careful selection in the vineyard, never exceeds 40 quintal/hectar.
Color: Gold
Aroma: The dominating flavors are a mélange of spices that slightly veil the complexity of flowers and fruits, typical of these grapes, which later become more prominent.
Taste: In the mouth the wine is fresh, acidic and tasty. Among the flavors the more recognizable is of citrus fruit, especially tangerine. The most aromatic note is floral, jasmine and black locust. The bright and savoury ending leaves the mouth with an interesting mineral flavour.
