Description

Rubicola comes from Sangiovese and other grapes  typical of central Italy. These grapes are cultivated in a clearing on a sunny hill surrounded by forest. 
As a result of an early harvest and a natural vinification  we get  a fresh red wine and sour .
Color: Ruby
Aroma: Agreeable and fresh with sense of  bergamot and rose hips
Taste: Cool, dry, slightly tannic and well balanced. The sustained acidity cleans the palate emphasizing the fresh aromas of red fruits and violets. 
Adapted for aperitives  and light dishes, it can also be combined with  freshwater fish or  seafood soups.
