Our passion for our tradition and our local varieties is perfectly expessed in Avora, A unique trip to the rediscovery of a classic wine of Piceno. Avora, A blend of Pecorino, Passerina and Trebbiano grapes picked up by hand in our 40 and 60 years old vines. After the fermentation it ages for 10 months in little stainless steel tank on the yeast lees and then 4 months in bottle. On the nose Avora show a complexity of fruit, aromatic herbs and fragrants aroma, in the mouth is a dry, acid and solty. Made without the use of chemichals or animal origin product. Total production harvest 2018: 6200 bottles
