Castillo de Belarfonso is a Grenache wine from El Real de San Vicente, whose granitic soil brings out the full potential of the variety. Pre-fermentation cold maceration. Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature with 15 days of vatting. Malolactic fermentation in barrels. It’s a wine aged six months in 500 and 700-liter French oak barrels. This barrel-aging process keeps all its fruity notes intact while remaining a refreshing and easy drinking wine, Burgundy red color with medium intensity, clear and bright. On the nose, medium intensity of red fruits (cherries, blueberries), undergrowth, floral notes and fresh aromatic herbs that, together with mineral notes, give the wine a surprising nose reminiscent of a stroll through the countryside.On the mouth, it's simply delightful with how refreshing, pleasant and easy drink it is. With notes of chocolate, black pepper and liquorice from barrel-aging in French oak, prompt you to continue enjoying it.
