Colderba is the name of the hill where Grechetto, Viognier and Chardonnay vineyards are planted, just 800 from S. Francis church in Assisi.
Grechetto, the ancient grape that belongs to the Umbrian tradition, meets the floreal and fruty flavours of Viognier and Chardonnay grape.
A fresh and young wine chracterized by deep and lasting fruity flavours and mineral flavours.
It’s the result of a scrupulous selection in the vineyard and the strong personality of our land.
