Grape varieties: 50% Cabernet Franc 50% Sangiovese
Harvest period: In two steps, the Sangiovese during the second decade of september and the Cabernet Franc at the beginning of october
Maturation and aging: The Cabernet Franc in 225 Lt. French sessile oak casks for 6 months, the Sangiovese in stainless steel containers, after the bottlement 3 months of refining.
Colour:Intense ruby-red with a slight garnet hue
Nose: Blueberries, tabacco, liquorice, wild berries and pleasantly mineral
Palate: Full bodied, smooth enveloping tannins
