Description

Falò d’ottobre is a red wine coming to life from a few rows of Merlot which we decide to vinificate as single variety only in very rare vintages where the grapes reach the ideal maturation. Produced in small quantities, only one barrel, no specific rules, we let the time do its course and it’s the wine to suggest us which route to take in its evolution process.
Tasting this wine, it’s possible to clearly feel the varietal properties and, at the same time, the influence of the territory and its complex soil composition and climate. Falò d’Ottobre is a precious wine, I like to drink it in special occasions, ones filled with romanticism
