Description

Rugiada del Mattino is a white wine, obtained from Timorasso grapes. 
It is born from the first white grape variety vineyard we ever planted, in the first years of the new millenium, named after my third daughter Eleonora.
Tasting this wine it’s possible to feel the sapid mineralities found in dew drops in the fresh air of the morning, to feel flower buds, rocks and marine brackish, with a touch of medicinal erbs and Mediterranean bush. 
A wine we gladly drink when we need something fresh, lightness of mind, smiles and complicity.
