Manual harvesting in small boxes at the bottom closed ventilated side. Traditional vinification in steell barrels with natural fermentation without any kind of additives or added. The sulfur reduced to a minimum, disappears almost entirely after decanting and filtration.
Ageing in steel barrels for at least 8 months in wine cellar and further aging in bottle.
