È ottenuto da vecchi vigneti a bassa produzione con scelta accurata delle uve. La vinificazione  è in bianco con pressatura soffice. Al palato risulta armonico e piacevolmente persistente. Questo spumante ottenuto con metodo charmat è un ottimo aperitivo che accompagna con raffinatezza il pesce e gli antipasti magri.

This wine is obtained from a carefully selection by hand on low production vineyards.
The grapes are soft crushed and the skins removed at once. On the palate it is harmonious and it reveals a pleasantly lingering flavour. This Charmat sparkling wine is an excellent aperitif that can be served also with hors d’oeuvres and seafood dishes.
