Il Merlot RRampazzu è ottenuto da uve Merlot accuratamente selezionate e vinificate con macerazione sulle bucce. Questo vino ha un’elevata struttura e un intenso ed ampio profumo, leggermente speziato. 
Di colore rosso intenso e dal sapore morbido, vellutato con un leggero retrogusto di frutti di bosco. Si accompagna bene con minestre asciutte, carni rosse, formaggi stagionati e selvaggina di piume e di pelo.           
                                   
Merlot RRampazzu is a wine obtained from Merlot grapes carefully selected and vinified with maceration on skin.   This wine has a high structure, a slightly spicy intense bouquet and a full-bodied fragrance. It has an intense red colour. Its flavour is dry, warm, vigorous and velvet, with a slightly aftertaste of raspberry and blackberry. 
It matches well with soups, red meats, matured cheese and game.
