WINE EXPERTISE
Juicy - Ripe - Mediterranean. Aromas of rosmary, grDelicate salmon-coloured, this Pinot Gris white wine is impressive even from a distance. When you smell it in the glass, you notice notes of juicy plums, some apricots, toast, violets and pepper. On the palate, a complex minerality, juicy fruit and an elegant sweet-acid play are revealed. The cloudiness is an excellent advantage, as the yeasts bind subtle energy and aromatic substances. Grandiose and versatile as a food companion!
