Harvest : Hand picked with gentle berry grading on fruit days of the moon calendar with cool temperatures
Vinification: Partial whole berry fermentation in traditional open open tubs, 3 weeks maceration, 9 month in used Barrique from Mersault, unfinned, unfiltered, restored and bottled with gravity, just a hint of sulfites before bottling.
Maturarion: Barrique 4th occupancy French oak
Winedescription
Shining with a deep cherry red the Mythos already gets you with its warm, spicy aromas of blueberry, ripe plums and rosemary followed by mystic tobacco scents, a hint of freshly ground pepper and delicate chocolate notes. On the palate incredible juicy, almost sweet but still crisp and strong with silky tannins. This wine is wonderful vital, powerful and dynamic. A myth for great moments!
