Thanks to best quality work trough the whole year, the grapes achieved a best quality ripeness. After the harvest the wine was stored in an grand oak barrel together with its yeast. This note of oak combined with a clearly fruitiness makes it an extraordinary tasting adventure.
This special „Grauer Burgunder“ (Pinot gris) is growing on medium to richer soil.
