Description

The wine presents itself very close to yellow fruits. Intense aroma of ripe apple and tangerine, as well as nice herbage. At the palate it presents it´s relatives Riesling and Grauer Burgunder (Pinot gris) very well. Nice substance and fruit acid.
This Johanniter is grown on lighter and chalky soil that influences it´s style of freshnes.
Plays well with sea food and strong fish, Mushroom and vegetarian food, as well as terrines from deer, beef and chicken.
