Description
The Catarratto doc "Mete e Apedia" is born from the careful selection of the best grapes of the oldest native vine in the tradition of the Alcamo - Camporeale area in Sicily.
The manual harvest, which takes place only when the grapes are completely ripe (during the first ten days of September), the soil (clayey calcareous) and the careful and passionate processing, make the white of the "Lame Rosse" line a powerful wine characterized by floral aromas and citrus and fruity notes that tickle the nose and palate.
The vinification of the rich must takes place in large steel tanks, where it refines its qualities for a long period before bottling.
Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, a fresh wine that goes well with dishes based on fish and white meats. Also perfect for aperitifs.
Wine that accompanies your toast.
