Un colore denso e profondo, come denso e articolato il naso, che spazia tra piccoli frutti maturi, nuances balsamiche,
spezie dolci e sentori di liquirizia e tabacco. Vitigno antico assuefatto al suo territorio regala un equilibrio unico,
con tannini fini ed un carattere di frutto pieno.
Temperatura di servizio: 16-18 °C. Alcool: 13,5/14 °.
Abbinamenti: Si abbina a grandi pietanze del territorio come il capretto al forno.

A dense and deep colour, as dense and articulated is the aroma ranging from small ripe fruits, balsamic nuances, sweet
spices to senses of liquorice and tobacco. The ancient vine (the vines cited are genetically the same plant) by now used
to its territory, donates a unique equilibrium with fine tannins and a character that resembles a loaded fruit.
Serving temperature: 16-18 °C. 
Serving suggestions: it blends well with the great courses of the area such as the capretto al forno.
