Papé Plume - Côtes-du-Rhône Villages AOP
Description
This wine is composed of 75% Bourboulenc and 25% Clairette. Its soil is clay-limestone with rolled pebbles.
This Côtes-du-Rhône wine, aged in oak barrels, has a bright, pale gold colour with aromas of honey, beeswax and white flowers (acacia, linden). It is a lush and full-bodied wine with floral, honey and vanilla notes. A very round and delicate wine.
Vinification for 2 years in new and old oak barrels, then maturing for 6 months in barrels with batonnage.

To be consumed between : 2 years and 7 years
