Description

This wine is composed of 60% grenache noir and 40% Syrah. Its soil is red clay-limestone with rolled pebbles and gravel. 

This Vacqueyras wine has a deep red colour with purple glints. Aromas of cherry and vanilla. An elegant wine, with fine tannins, and with great maturing potential. Tones of red fruits (cherry and blackberry), sweet spices and coconut on the nose. 

Suggestions for food and wine pairings :

Strong tasting red meat and cheeses. 

Little extra : with a Black Forest dessert.
