Sauvignon Blanc Terre Lune
Description
Our Sauvignon Blanc Terre Lune is revealed in a bright pale gold color, enhanced with silver and green highlights, evidence of its youth and liveliness. The expressive nose opens with aromas of grapefruit and lemon, enriched by notes of foliage, sage and a hint of apricot upon aeration.
On the palate, the smooth and fruity attack gives way to a zesty and minty finish, lively and thirst-quenching. Aged in a stainless steel vat on fine lees for six months, this wine reveals a refined structure and remarkable aromatic freshness, the signature of our terroir of rolled pebbles and clay-limestone subsoil in Coursan, in the Aude.
Ideal as an aperitif, this Sauvignon Blanc goes wonderfully with fresh oysters or a Tikka Massala curry, offering a taste experience that is both elegant and refreshing. Serve chilled, at 12°C, to fully enjoy its nuances.
