Description

Discover our Lune macerated orange wine, made exclusively from the Chardonnay grape variety. Grown on the rolled pebble and clay-limestone subsoil of Coursan, in the Aude, this wine reflects the essence of our terroir.

After carefully controlled fermentation and prolonged maceration, this wine is aged in stainless steel vats to preserve all its purity. The result: a unique orange wine that transcends categories, offering a structure and subtle tannins reminiscent of reds, while retaining the freshness of whites.

On the nose, complex aromas of fruit and spices are revealed, while on the palate, the balance between the beautiful bitterness of maceration, delicate acidity and mastery of the oxidative character offers a rich sensory experience.
