Description
TYPE: White fermented in barrel and aging on lees.
DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN: Terra Alta
CHARACTERISTICS: Made with grapes from very specially selected old vines. Controlled fermentation in French oak barrels for approximately 20 days at 16ºC and later aging on lees around 5-6 months during barrelling.
VARIETIES: Garnacha Blanca and Macabeu.
CAPACITY: 75 cl.
TAST NOTES:
Colour: pale yellow, clean and bright.
Aroma: white flowers and ripe white fruit, peach, very delicate toasting.
Palate: Powerful entry, ripe white fruit, balanced wood-freshness. Elegant, volume wine, silky and greasy.
FOOD PAIRING: To accompany pasta, rice, fish etc.
TASTING TEMPERATURE: Ideal to serve at 12-14 ºC.
