DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN: Terra Alta

CHARACTERISTICS: Old vines. Fermented in stainless steel tanks for about 20 days at 16ºC. Aging on lees for about 2 months.

VARIETIES: Garnacha Blanca and Macabeo.

CAPACITY: 75 cl.

TASTE NOTES:
Colour: straw yellow, clean and bright.
Aroma: White fruit, floral notes and citrus fruit in balance.
Palate: Elegant, soft wine with volume, very sweet and fresh.

FOOD PAIRING: To accompany pasta, rice, fish etc.

TASTING TEMPERATURE: Ideal to serve at 10-12 ºC.
