Description
The initial impression on the nose evokes mineral scents of stony limestone mixed
with notes of brioche bread, lemon heart and apple. An aeration of the Champagne
reveals notes of fresh butter, chanterelle, candied pear, candied grape, accentuated by
anise, green tea and chamomile fragrances.
On the palate, the approach is smooth and fresh with a creamy and melted
effervescence. The Champagne develops a fruity mature and pulpy material supported
by a fresh and lemony acidity. The mid-palate is orchestrated by a limestone
minerality taste that gives magnitude, an adapted dosage gives chew and an intact
creamy caress. The whole is slender, rich with tactile and aromatic nuances, leaving an
ultimate melting sensation, delicious and iodized.
The Cuvee Blanc de Blancs is an elegant and gourmet Champagne destined for an
accomplice exchange and iodized courses.
We suggest a serving temperature between 9 and 14°C.
