Description
The initial impression on the nose evokes fruity scents of raspberry, strawberry and pomelo delicately mixed with tender limestone mineral notes and mint. An aeration of the Champagne reveals currant, toasted bread, peach, orange marmalade fragrances and a violet perfume. On the palate, the approach is net and fresh with a creamy and melted effervescence. The Champagne develops a fruity luscious and fleshy material supported by a lemony acidity and pomelo. The mid-palate is orchestrated by a limestone minerality that gives a bright fruity taste with magnitude, a light chew and a good extension on the palate. The balanced whole with a taste of mint seduces by its tactile caress and the perfumed redelivery. The pulpy finish let the fruity and mineral materials merge in harmony, leaving us a tasty dry and delicate matter. The Cuvee Rosé is a fresh and sensual Champagne. Its accessible charm will reveal accomplice and passionate moments. We suggest a serving temperature between 9 and 12°C.
