Description

Brezza d’Estate is white wine obtained from Timorasso grapes, this little and special vineyard’s been planted in the first years of the new millenium and named after my mother, Brigitte. Because of the soil composition and the particular exposure of this vineyard I knew it’d have given birth to a great wine, one to wisely and patiently wait long enough before drinking it.
A wine that requires at least five years of aging after the harvest is rare, this span of time gifts to this Timorasso the beauty of deepness and complessity. Like a summer breeze, for each sip, we can feel te magic of a breath of refreshing air in a hot day, which corroborates the spirit, bringing togheter exotic flavors and mineralities.
