Description

Our Chardonnay Scène n°9 is produced in small quantities with grapes selected in our biodynamic vineyards. We pay particular attention to each stage of production, from the cultivation of the vines to bottling.

To create our cuvée scène, we collaborated with the painter "Fauve". We were able to adapt 10 of his paintings into labels in which you will find our little ladybug.

Demeter certification is a guarantee of quality according to the principles of biodynamic agriculture.

On the palate, our Chardonnay Scène offers a supple attack followed by a full structure, creating a beautiful roundness and a fatty texture. The fruity aromas of medlar, mirabelle plum and honeysuckle are enhanced by a mineral note in the finish.
