Description
EYA MACABEO is made with grapes harvested mechanically at dawn. After a brief cold maceration of the grapes at 5ºC, we bled the must and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a maximum temperature of 15ºC, to keep the aromas of white flowers, citrus and subtle tropical fruits intact. Pale yellow in color with green highlights, it is balanced and refreshing on the palate, with a clean and pleasant finish. Fresh, fruity and fun, ideal to accompany shellfish and fish ... and of course to drink by the glass, snack or whatever arises!
