EYA MONASTRELL is born from our organic Monastrell vineyards manualy harvested. With a long maceration of the grapes at a low temperature, we extract the best floral and fruit aromas, then fermenting in stainless steel tanks before being bottled. Fresh, fruity and fun. To drink by the glass, snack or whatever arises!
