Description
EYA ROSADO MONASTRELL is made with grapes manually harvested from our organic vineyards. After a brief cold maceration of the grapes at 5ºC, we bled the must and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a maximum temperature of 15ºC, to keep the aromas of white flowers, roses, citrus and red berries. Pale pink color, it is balanced and refreshing on the palate, with a clean and pleasant finish. Fresh, fruity and fun, ideal to accompany nice rices and fish dishes ... and of course to drink by the glass, snack or whatever arises!
