TYPE: Organic white wine in oak barrel

VARIETIES: 100% White Grenache
CHARACTERISTICS: Grapes from 35 years old vineyards. The must is fermented in French oak barrels during 15 days at 18-20ºC. After fermentation, the wine is aged on his lees for approximately 6 months making batonage.
CAPACITY: 75 cl.
TASTE NOTES:
Colour: yellow with gold tones.
Aroma: notes of ripe white fruit, peach, sweet flowers, subtle toasts, nuts, citrus, balsamic and aniseed touches.
Palate: With body and a lot of complexity. Sweet and very fresh powerful entry. Long, silky, unctuous and persistent.
OBSERVATION: non stabilized wine, it could present some deposits. Limited edition.
FOOD PAIRING: rice, fish and seafood, white meat etc.
TASTING TEMPERATURE: Ideal to serve at
10-12 ºC.
