TYPE: young organic red wine
VARIETIES: 90% Red Grenache – 10% Cabernet Sauvignon
CHARACTERISTICS: Old and middle-aged vineyards. Fermented in stainless steel tanks for 7 days at 24-26ºC followed by maceration of about 21 days. A portion of the wine rests in oak barrels for about 3 months.
CAPACITY: 75 cl.
TASTE NOTES:
Colour: deep red cherry, clean and bright.
Aroma: matured red fruit, tomato jam, touches of forest plants, balsamic and spicy.
Palate: Wine with body, complex. Liquorice notes, red and black fruit.
FOOD PAIRING: white and red meats, barbecue, cheese etc.
TASTING TEMPERATURE: Ideal to serve at 16-18 ºC.
