TYPE:  young organic white wine 
VARIETIES: 100% White Grenache 
CHARACTERISTICS: Old and middle-aged vineyards. Fermented in stainless steel tanks for 15 days at 16ºC.  Aged on lees for about 1-2 months.
CAPACITY: 75 cl.
TASTE NOTES:

Colour: straw yellow, clean and bright.
Aroma: white fruit, citric and floral, anise and fennel touches.
Palate: Wine with complexity. Fresh and citrus, unctuous and long.

FOOD PAIRING:  salad, pasta, rice, fish and seafood etc.

TASTING TEMPERATURE:  Ideal to serve at 8-10 ºC.
