Langhe Riesling DOC L'Alman
Description
Alman (which means "the German" in Piedmontese dialect) derives from the first "foreign" vine that was planted on our estate. We wanted to create a complex and long-lived white wine, exploiting the features of the land and the climatic conditions which are typical of this altitude. For this reason we chose Rhine Riesling.
The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks for about 6 months and then the refining goes on in the bottle for almost a year.
Straw yellow in color, the nose expresses hints of citrus and a strong minerality along the more typical notes of the varietal.
Dry in the mouth and intense, with great flavor and freshness.
Perfect pairing with seafood and fresh cheese.
