Son fruité est déjà très expressif et ouvert sur une belle complexité, marquée par l’abricot, la pêche, et une finale rappelant l’ananas victorien lui apportant beaucoup de fraîcheur tout au long de l’olfactif. Au palais il confirme sans décevoir, doté d’une belle harmonie, longue et persistante, qui saura séduire plus d’un amateur sur des plats, pourquoi pas, à base de crème. Un modèle du genre !

A Pinot Gris with a wonderfully intense pale pink
colour. The nose also has a sustained intensity, presenting a large variety of smoke-like notes, dried fruit, fig and quince paste, ending with a small hint of honey and bee wax.
There is an immediate structured feeling on the palate for this Pinot Noir, providing a wonderful lingering aftertaste. The initial highly-smoky flavour will increase, enhanced by hints of brioche and quince paste.
