Description

Ce Pinot Noir est paré d’une robe rouge sombre et brillante. Nez ouvert sur le fruit rehaussé de délicates notes d’écorce d’orange, griotte, cerise noire. Ample, solide en bouche, il confirme l’olfactif sur une finale marquée par une certaine amertume lui donnant du relief.

The wine has a dazzling ruby-red colour. Its nose remains rather discrete and should be decanted one to two hours before serving to release its hints of small red fruits such as redcurrants, raspberries and cherries which are initially subdued by smoky, incense-like notes.
From the onset, the wine spontaneously reveals all its aromatic sumptuousness with a hint of firm cherries yielding a fresh taste. The tannins themselves have very pleasant weight and affability, structuring the wine with finesse and measure.
