Terre d’Ombra is a wine obtained by Albarossa grapes, from the vineyard named after my nephew Carlo Alberto. This variety expresses itself with surprising vigor, the biosphere this vineyard is part of is seemingly ideal for this variety as the grapes are particularly healty and generous, giving life to a rich, fresh wine.
Tasting this wine is an overwhelming experience, starting from its the indomable wildness to its sensual and wrapping character. With red fruits and plums scents, well integrated with the tertiary aromas, a powerful taste that warms the soul and stimulates the next sip. Terre d’Ombra is the wine I prefer at the nightfall, to be enjoyed with good company.
