Whyte Wine  
Straw yellow coloured wine with greenish reflections. On the nose it is intense and persistent with sweet notes of orange blossom, ripe banana, peach and vanilla in a complex of harmonic olfactory perceptions that underline its freshness and aromatic sharpness. To the mouth it’s fresh with a good extract favored by a good acidity; the strong aromatic qualities are evident and linked to a good savoriness, well equalized by a balanced softness. Suitable for fresh cheeses, fish starters, fish dishes, shellfish, mollusc and fried foods, excellent with anchovy patties. To be served at the temperature of 12 °C
