Description

Intense ruby red colour. On the nose it is clear with captivating notes of cherry and raspberry jam; thanks to a proper refinement inside the bottle, even the tertiary notes of black pepper and chocolate are evident. On the palate, its remarkable structure and persistency are noticeable, while being soft, velvety and fairly acid. Suitable for read meats and seasoned cheeses, preferably spicy and strong. To be served at the temperature of 16 °C

Dal colore rosso rubino intenso. Al naso si presenta pulito con note avvolgenti di confettura di ciliegia lamponi, col giusto affinamento in bottiglia sono marcate anche le note terziarie di pepe nero e cioccolato. Al palato si apprezza la notevole struttura e persistenza, allo stesso tempo risulta morbido e vellutato e di buona acidità. Accompagna carni rosse e formaggi stagionati, meglio se piccanti a pasta dura. Servire a 16 °C
