Description
TASTING NOTES. A clear example of elegance in a Cabernet Sauvignon, harvested in a vineyard of chalky gravel. Pleasant on the palate, it later takes you on a distant journey thanks to the depth of its velvety tannins.
CULTIVATION. Cultivated in ancestral vineyards, which have been lying in wait for hundreds of years, located in the small valley surrounded by forests at the foot of the Puig de Santueri. This castle in the rock, which gives its name to our vineyards, together with the Puig de Sant Salvador, with its sanctuary and chapel, bear witness to the resurgence of activity in this area.
PRODUCTION. BCdS is the result of the fermentation, maceration and ageing in French oak barrels for a minimum of 15 months. The bunches of grapes which are used for this red wine are harvested at their optimum time of ripeness, with the grapes being very carefully selected.
LABEL: Work of the artist Jorge Cabral (Mallorca), from the ‘forest’ series.
